Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do. We understand that shopping online means you are not able to see and touch the items you're purchasing and that sometimes they are different to what you expected once you receive them.
We will offer a refund or exchange of your item within 7 days of receipt by you, provided your item is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with swing tag attached.

Once received by us and approved in accordance with this refund policy, we will process your return within 2 business days.
If you return your item and it is not approved for refund by us in accordance with our Refund Policy, we will contact you to obtain your instructions as to how you would like the item to be dealt with
Unless your item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item. If the item does not reach us we will not be able to process a refund, so please use tracked shipping and keep proof of postage until you receive confirmation that your return has been processed. We are not responsible for returns that go missing in the post.
