HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders (Australia) when you spend $30 or more. 

For orders less than $30, standard shipping (Australia) with tracking is $6.95, or Express Shipping (Australia)  with tracking is $9.95.

For orders $70 or more, Express Shipping (Australia) is free.

If your order is over $30 but less than $70, you can upgrade to Express Shipping for an extra $3.95

We offer international shipping with tracking to New Zealand and Singapore at a flat rate of $20 or free with orders over $150.. If you have a special request please contact us.

When will you ship my order?

All orders will be posted same business day after receipt of payment, if order received by 12 pm AEST.  If order is placed after this time, your order will be posted the next business day.  

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If your order is received by 12 pm (Monday to Friday) your order will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be posted the next business day.

When we receive your order an order confirmation email will be sent to you. When your order has been shipped you will receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.

All orders are sent with Australia Post. 

WHAT IS AFTERPAY?

Afterpay is an interest-free payment plan option that we offer on all Australian orders.

It is similar to lay-by, except your order is sent immediately. Afterpay offers an instalment plan which means you can pay off your purchase in 4 equal instalments due every fortnight and there is no interest added to your purchase.

First-time Afterpay customers provide payment details as per usual; whilst returning customers can just log in to make a new purchase.

To use Afterpay, select the Afterpay option at checkout. After checkout, your order will be shipped to you as per our standard shipping. You can log into your Afterpay account at any time and see your payment schedule and even make a payment before the due date. If no pre-payments are made, Afterpay will automatically deduct the payments from your debit or credit card every fortnight on the payment date.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Yes, we do.

We understand that shopping online means you are not able to see and touch the items you're purchasing and that sometimes they are different to what you expected once you receive them. We will offer a refund or exchange of your item within 14 days of receipt by you, provided your item is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with swing tag attached.

Once received by us and approved in accordance with this refund policy, we will process your return or exchange within 2 business days.

If you return your item and it is not approved for refund by us in accordance with our Refund Policy, we will contact you to obtain your instructions as to how you would like the item to be dealt with.

Unless your item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item. Please return your item with tracked shipping as we are not responsible for items that go missing in the post.

If you paid via AfterPay you will receive an email from AfterPay outlining your account amendment.

You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM?

We pride ourselves on the quality of our clothing and all orders are checked before being shipped, but if you find a fault, please contact us at info@wildblossoms.com.au with a photo of the fault. We will refund or exchange and cover all postage costs.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem at checkout. Please follow the instructions given on the email gift card.
